- Coverage: Ringlite covers US calling and texting to the 48 contiguous states only, so teams calling Canada or other countries need a provider with wider coverage.

How usage is billed
Team and Business include a shared pool of call minutes (Team 200 and Business 1,000 a month). Starter is pay as you go. Calls past the pool cost 1.2¢ a minute, and texts cost 1.5¢ per text. "Unlimited" plans elsewhere sit under fair use policies.
Switching from CallHippo
You can start on new Ringlite numbers the day you are approved, keep CallHippo running while you do, and port your existing numbers on Team and Business, which usually takes one to two weeks.
